    Title: Spite House Overhand Issue
    Reproduction Rate: Ongoing
    Blocker? No
    Details: House overhangs cliff, can see under house into interior at the over hang.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to loc, go to edge of cliff, adjust camera to look up under building to interior.
    User Specs:
