Spite night cycle

I think you guys need to shut off the night cycle in Spite for now as it does not seem to be working correctly. The NPCs cannot be found to be awoken, or they disappear, or they break. But I have only seen one working as it should be.

With the lack of major towns in this area, having Spite not working well is a huge problem.
