    can someone help me, i can't for the life of me find miles report, could someone please tell me where it is?

    The Obsidian Construct carries it, at the end of the Crypt past the Council of Might chamber.

    Me and a friend are trying to do this quest, but the Construct did not drop the report for me or him.

    In my experience, if you kill the construct before getting the quest, it will not drop. You will have to exit the instance to reset it to kill the construct while you have the quest.
