Sprint duration drops after exiting scene

    Title: Sprint duration drops dramatically after exiting scene
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Cast sprint (charged 5 stack with sprint and acrobatics skill of 100) then exit the map with 1 min 40s duration left. When overland map loads sprint buff duration is at 20s (after 15 second load time). I assume that scene change resets sprint to 1 stack and/or low skill / does not count skill lvl.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast sprint or stacked sprint
    Windows 10 pro, Intel i5-4690k 3.5GHz, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
