Sprint skill giving larger speed buff in PvP zones than other zones

    Normally my sprint skill gives 1.9 speed bonus

    In PvP zones its 2.3
    Specifically midras ruins

    @EMPstrike You have stacked it, the speed it gives increases by stacking
