Stacked shield and stat buffs have incorrect duration in the mouseover description of the glyph.

i.e.
When you mouseover the description of the glyph while you're stacking - the duration does not increase.

Once the glyph is cast, and you mouse over the actual buff icon, you get the real duration from the stacking.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Mouse over the shield / stat buff in your combat bar
2) Stack the glyph
3) Observe that the duration in the glyph description does not increase
4) Cast the stacked glyph
5) Mouseover the buff icon
6) Observe that the actual duration is the correct time for the stacked glyph
