Stairs - Crypt of Avatar: Stuck, Unclimable, Gaps, See-thru

    Stairs pictured below have several problems.

    1) Can't walk up them (have to jump)

    2) Gap in stairs (first pic):
    Area: Crypt of the Avatar (Novia_R3_Hills01_CryptOfTheAvatar/Kardan) Loc: (12.5, -39.8, 53.7)

    3) Avatar gets stuck at this spot (and can see underneath through side) (second pic):
    Area: Crypt of the Avatar (Novia_R3_Hills01_CryptOfTheAvatar/Kardan) Loc: (10.1, -43.9, 58.4)
