    Details: Starship Citizen Airship pilot room is treated as outdoor as I tried to place lights and items into the room. This is an issue because since this room is inside the ship, it should be treat as interior instead.
    Steps to Reproduce: Own an airship, go to the pilot room, try place any home deco or light on it and notice the deco limit is applied toward the exterior one. My specific case is placing the wall torches on the sides of the room.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz (4) System RAM: 8113
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family GPU RAM: 1136
