    Details:
    Speaking to Emma the barmaid about Akiel von Strife true feelings yields a journal entry but no longer rewards the Hidden Steam Achievement.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Travel to Tavern of the South Winds in Ardoris.
    Ask Akiel von Strife "Do you know Emma the barmaid".
    Talk to Emma the Barmaid and say I spoke to "Akiel".
    When she asks if he mentioned her, reply "Akiel thinks your common and says he will never settle down with you".
    This will yield a Journal entry, but no Steam achievement.
    Any further mention of "Akiel" receive the response "Oh you never mind about that rogue".

    Can I at least get a confirmation that this is a bug or it was a limited time only achievement, and I shouldn't bother trying to find another way to finish this acheivement?
