Steam Overlay Not Appearing

    I am having an issue where the Steam overlay is not appearing when I press ****+TAB to pull it up. Instead of the overlay appearing the game just toggles in and out of cursor mode. In addition, the FPS counter nor any Steam notification/popups are being displayed. I tried changing the Steam overlay command but it is still not working.

    Did you log a /bug at any point (in the chat or with the button)? For me this kills the overlay until I restart Steam.

    I have an issue with the Discord overlay. Interestingly it comes up if I do /debug and turns off again when /debug to turn debug off. Not sure if there is a correlation.
