Still crashing (since R43)

1: Almost immediately crashing.
2: 100%
3: Yes.
4: Since R43 I've been crashing within 30 seconds of loading into the game. I had hoped some of the patches would fix this but this continues to be a problem.
5: Load into a zone.
6: Specs:
OS Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3.3GHZ
16GB ram
GPU AMD Radeon HD 6800 series (on the crashing monitor), NVidia DEgorce GT610 on secondary monitor
Sota Version 645
Area: Isla De Muerta

I've tried going single monitor to address the issue as some recommended but that has not resolved the problem and the consistent crashing continues.
