I normally play at 1600x900 in windowed mode. Since the new release on the QA playing at that resolution or below results in darkened lines in a series of bands running in groups that extend from the right hand side of the screen towards the middle. They start at the bottom of the screen and go upwards, in groups, that steady decrease in the number of lines in the grouping and increase in the distance they span across the screen as they go upwards.

This does not happen on the live server. It does not happen in scenes, only while traveling the overland map. It does not happen at any resolution above 1600x900. It will happen when taking a higher resolution manually and reducing the window to lower sized resolution with window edge dragging to resize.
They're subtle, hard to see, but definitely there. I've circles a few such groupings seen in these screenshots:





5 Steps to Reproduce: I log on, play at my usual resolution of 1600x900 or lower and bam, strange lines on the overland map.

GPU: GeForce GTX 760 4Gb RAM

Correction: In prior patches this was not happening in scenes. As of 416 it now happens in scenes as well as on the overland map.

Details: Strange horizontal lines appear on the map, they are best visible over roads and sometimes sky.

It is much more prominent in the game than in the youtube recording
