Details: My heraldry shows small yellow blocks around the edges of the orange paw print when zoomed out. See images below. They look like compression artifacts. The image looks fine when zoomed in. The heraldry image looks fine on my account page. Notice that the heraldry image in the pop-up tool tip shows the same visual artifacts. I've looked at other heraldry images in game and couldn't find another case of such visual artifacts so I don't think it's my computer. My heraldry is displayed in the tavern in my PoT, The Highlands near Verdantis Mines.
Steps to Reproduce: Zoom in and out while looking at my heraldry pattern.

Note: The visual artifacts are more visible when your character has a light source like the Lord Marshal Helm or the Light spell.

 

Update: I just emailed support requesting that I'd like to re-submit my heraldry artwork. I'm going to try a different PNG image to see if that fixes it.
