Strength of Earth buff does not apply carry capacity to others

    Details:
    Steps to Reproduce: when specialized in earth magic, cast your Strength of Earth buff on someone else, on the casters screen it will say that the buff has been applied to the other person but on their screen the buff only shows the strength and not the carry cap. So its a display bug AND it does not apply the carry buff to the other person.
