Stuck at initial game loading screne

    1. Title: Can't load in the game
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details:I tried to login to the game and everytime it gets stuck on the
      Equipping Avatars screen at 100%. I have tried re-installing the game and I
      even got a new copy of windows 7 re-installed and it is still happening.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Login
    6. User Specs: Windows 7, I have another account that is Steam linked
      and it works fine.
