/stuck command doesn't work during swimming

    Title: /stuck command doesn't work during swimming
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: I stuck when I was swimming. I couldn't restart my position using /stuck command
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. place your character at: Area: Harvest (Novia_R8_City_Harvest) Loc: (250.9, 33.4, 125.8)
    2. try to use /stuck command

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 32735
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.428.Date.12.12.16
    Area: Novia_R8_City_Harvest
    Area Display Name: Harvest
    Loc: (250.9, 33.4, 126.0)
