Stuck in Isle of Storm

This is the second time i've ever gone through a new character creation. I cant figure out how the heck to get out of here. I talked to that lady and now i'm at the portal clicking everything. I've given up now, please help.

 

Ok I logged in and out like 5 or 6 different times and it finally worked.

 

I had this after it crashed on the first zone atempt and bug reported it. Only other ways around are to delete character or choose leave game and on reconnecting choose start on world map, this will skip the noobie instance though
and put you in kingsport I believe but you can then go back to it by visiting the zone later.

 

stuck in isle of storms because portal wont let me operate it
yes i chose a path. and this user interface and chat **** needs work before this game is finished. if im in chatbox mode. my cursor better be unlocked.

 

There is an option in the interface to not zoom in on chats, if that is what you are having difficulty navigating.

In game > hit escape > options > game > uncheck 'enable convseration close ups'

 

Had to exit to menu and delete the character and make another just to circumvent some meaningless doublclick issue you have. think its because i activated the portal tooltip before i chose my path. perhaps you should make an exception for that

 

I just log out and back in, then portal lets me through
