Details: In the following spot on the top level of Elysium Mines, the ring of rocks create a "stuck spot", where your avatar will be in the middle, vibrating (but not able to move).

You can use Blink to get out of it, and sometimes it resolves on its own with some jumping or glyph usage.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to the middle of the ring of rocks at following location in Elysium Mines.
2) Get stuck. This can happen especially if you're fighting in that area, and maneuvering in and around that ring of rocks.
