Stun duration on discharge/gust wrong?

    1. Title: Stun duration on discharge/gust wrong?
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Build 628
      In his blog chris indicated he was increasing the base duration of the stun from gust and discharge. (He was going to increase the base duration for both of them from 1s to 2s)
    I have 154 air attunement, 64 dex, and both skills are at lvl 100.
    • Gust has a 53% chance to stun for 3.6 seconds
    • Discharge has a 45.3% chance to stun for 9.9 seconds
    For comparison my lightning and chain lightning stun for 6.9 seconds.
    Seems like maybe gust is too long and discharge is too short?
