    Title: Player converse npc's names not always showing.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
    Details: I have two lots side by side with conversation npc's one loads properly the other the name is not showing
    Steps to Reproduce: place two properties side by side. load up npc on each, rename them load in scripts. log out and back in. they dont always show names. Seems to only be affected if there is more than one.

    Tested with an alt account when owner offline the names are not showing above heads when npc names turned on.

    when the owner is offline, that is (currently) correct.

    [Verified] - Issue shows with only one Conversationalist on a single lot. Lot Owner is unable to see the name - when online.
