    @Xee, automatons, like all pets (except vendors), don't have nameplates unless the owner of the lot they're on is present in the scene and has gotten close enough for them to load. this one is placed as pot deco, which is not supposed to be allowed. it can't fully activate there. it probably was flagged as pot deco before it was given conversationalist capability. submitting to have the pot deco flag removed.
