    Title: Dyed Pirate Tricorn Hat of the Cap'n does not display color on female avatar

    Details: A dyed Pirate Tricorn Hat of the Cap'n (secondary color) does not display the dyed color when worn by a female avatar. The dyed color displays correctly on male avatars. We tried the hat on a couple female players with the same issue.

    1) Dye a Pirate Tricorn Hat of the Cap'n (secondary color) with a dye. Dark red was used in this case.
    2) Equip the hat on a male avatar - dyed color displayed correctly (refer pic below)
    3) Equip the hat on a female avatar - dyed color does not display on the hat (refer pic below)

    verified. it seems to be a mix of the dye and the base color on the paperdoll and not showing at all on the actual character.
