Details: Don't know if this is happening in online mode, but it's probably a lot easier to test in offline -- where there's no one competing for lots and no limit on how many you can have.

I haven't been able to claim lots in the PRTs Shadowmist or Lochfeld. I think I checked Aldhaven and Redmill too, but can't remember for sure and can't check at the moment. It doesn't say why, simply gives a vague "there was an error" message. I've successfully claimed lots in other PRTs before and after (although I haven't tried others on the same template yet). Since I already had several other lots in offline mode, I tested whether maybe I'd run into a hidden limit on the number owned, but was able to buy others afterward. I tested with different types of deed as well. The only pattern I can see is that the towns where it's not working were on the same or very similar templates.

Steps to Reproduce:

User Specs: Windows, non-Steam, offline mode

 

verified. my offline char has one lot claimed, in soltown. i tried claiming a second in an old-style prt (redmill) and a newer one (aldwater) and got an error in redmill but not in aldwater
