    Title: Cast Time for Psalm of Stagnation and Refrain of Resistance Scales Inversely with Chaotic Feedback

    Details: All bards skills except Refrain of Resistance and Psalm of Stagnation properly obey the cast time modifier from chaotic feedback (they take less time to cast when Chaotic Feedback is running) but Refrain and Psalm take longer to cast when feedback is running.
    Steps to Reproduce: Observable on Tooltip with and without Feedback running.

    And if you cast 6 stacks of chaotic and also wear wicked king shield the charge time and cast time are ultra fast. Its slow with 1/5 stacks and without shield of wicked king

    Verified - I tested on all bard skills and Chaotic Feedback slows down the time it takes to charge every skill.

    Little update here as I have been testing this thoroughly!

    so turns out, for Psalms of Stagnation AND Refrain of resistance, there does not seem to be any effect on cast time until you hit -0.6 Cast time modifier.

    Once you go lower than that, that is when those 2 songs start taking LONGER to cast.

    Note, as of R90, those two songs are the only who work that way, all the others work just fine.

    got total weapon gem -02 cast time + shield with gem -02cast time and chaotic feedback 122lvl (-07cast time on x5) + bard tree 61 %from rhytmic readliness.

    I had an error related to that on our side but didn't know what it was about, i will recheck the math for chaotic feedback and try to fix that.

    Ok after looking at this, and verifying this thread i see there is alot of confusion in all this.
    Cast time will always be faster with chaotic feedback or any related items like wicked gems, what really change in bard skill is Execution Time (in other word, charging the skill).
    So current behavior is charging a skill with reduced cast time will slow down certain bard skills. I removed all this math that implyed cast time on execution, so the charge time (Execution Time) remain the same with or without chaotic feedback or any related items that increase casting speed.

    I think that should fix it. It will be on QA this week so you guys can test and tell me if there is anything wrong.

    1449buildQA /so, after wearing + 3 gem + chaotic ... it still works well, but better than on live server because now u cant go up execute time to +seconds, all goes down. its better, much better. but still OP :D

    Execution time was confusing because chaotic was affecting both charging and casting time while also changing the execution time (which made it look like it was affecting charging too) but its not.
    What is fixed is the random behavior of charging while chaotic feedback is on which was giving result either up or down depending of a certain amount of casting speed you had, and sometime even throwing errors (division by zero).
    This was causing skill to sometime not being able to be charged at all, or be charged instantly.
    The casting time remain the same as other skill and is still affected by chaotic feedback. That also wasn't changing in live even if execution time was showing a bigger number, the spell was still cast fast.

    The point is not to make bard skill not usable at all, this should be a valid skill tree like any other out there. While the buffs are great, the duration of the aura and stats are extremely low compared to any other.
    Also in the test directive i noted that i increased the cool down on some of those skill, and decreased some of those duration too and since there is 2 stats giving weapon critical damage modifier (which affect all party and pet) and they are big, i dropped them down a bit too. So in sum, the skill can now be played normally and charged, there no more exploit issue with charging using casting speed and the power of weapon crit modifier got down a little and cool down up.
    So when people say this is more OP than live, i don't see how.
