    Details:
    Unable to place deco in several locations due to inaccurate or missing deco placement areas.

    All the following are locations are located in...
    Area: Novia_R8_City_Westend
    Area Display Name: Westend

    Some of these are minor, but while fixing one for the asset, the others may be easy correct.

    Kobold Four-Story Great Hall (City)
    1) Unable to place hanging items on balcony roof.
    Loc: (0.0, 26.5, 6.5)

    2) Items placed on back of staircases on 3rd floor disappear. I think they are embedding inside the staircase. It would be nice if these were actually locations for secret doors.
    Loc: (26.4, 26.5, 0.0), and
    Loc: (26.4, 26.5, 18.6)

    3) Unable to place items on floor along back wall because the placement area doesn't extend far enough.
    Loc: (43.3, 13.2, 9.4)

    4) Back side of 1 staircase on 1st floor, placement area is offset slightly to the left when facing this wall, preventing LARGE items from being centered correctly.
    Loc: (27.2, 13.2, 18.6)

    5) Unable to place hanging items on the lower trestle beam, they work on the upper beam.
    Loc: (24.0, 33.0, -0.3)

    Greenhouse Four-Story (Row)
    1) Windowsills (all 8 windows: 2 on main floor, 3 on 2nd floor, 3 on 3rd floor)
    Loc: (-115.9, 17.5, -46.1)


    Dark Stone Spiked Straight Tower Castle Wall
    1) Unable to place items on tower room ceilings.
    Loc: (-45.4, 19.7, -32.2)

    Dark Stone Spiked Corner Tower Castle Wall
    1) Unable to place items on tower room ceilings.
    Loc: (-23.3, 19.7, -31.5)


    Steps to Reproduce:
    Attempt to place deco.

    Found another spot in the Kobold Great Hall to add to the list, actually 2 but its the same issue on each side of the house.

    Top floor, between the staircase and the wall their appears to be a dead spot that won't accept placement of rugs, display stands, etc. I also tried placing a smaller candlestick object and their appears to be 2 seams running side by side going from the top edge of the staircase to the outer wall on each side of the house where items can't be placed.
