[Submitted 69331] Field Dressing Gathering Time Bonus does not apply to Meticulous Collection

    Title: Field Dressing Gathering Time Bonus does not apply to Meticulous Collection

    Details: With all my Field Dressing Gathering Time Bonuses active the first circle runs through very fast. However if a Meticulous Collection is triggered, the second and following circles run through much slower. As if i did not have any Bonus active
    Steps to Reproduce: Skin Animals, with as much Time Bonus as you can get, till you get a Met. Collection. Compare the times of the first and following circles.

    Same for mining speed, which leads me to believe it is all gathering time bonuses that do not apply to meticulous collection.
    @bug Brigade, do you want a seperate bug report for each gathering time bonus skill or can you change this report to be a global one?

    I asked Xolavar to test this with his maxed out skills (he's so full of himself). After timing the delay for a 7X meticulous collection on a tree it seems that the difference between all cycles was about 500 milliseconds. I'll go ahead and submit this.
