    Title: Compass shows real weather conditions while Kobold Weather Machine (Clear) is placed in POT

    Details: The compass shows the real weather conditions (Heavy Clouds, Heavy Rain, etc) while the Kobold Weather Machine (Clear) is placed in a POT.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put a Kobold Weather Machine (Clear) on POT land, then observe that the sky is clear, but the compass will still show the real weather.
    Suggested Fix: Show Clear in the compass weather while this object is operating.
