    Title: Air spec does not increase the duration of lighting storm

    Lightning storm last 10 seconds with or without air spec.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    I can verify the time listed in the skill description does not change with Air Spec, and also that charging the skill doesn't affect duration on the skill description.

    Also, the VFX for the glyph wear off before it's finished its course (noticeable while charging/stacking) - but that's a separate bug.

    I tried timing the actual skill duration but it's hard since the glyph wears off and then re-appears. I'll mark this verified, but it could be that the skill duration is lasting the actual time and I just can't visually tell.
