[Submitted 70731] Moving 'Status' bars then ticking "Lock Status Movement" not working

    Title: Moving status bars to desired loc, then ticking/unticking "Lock Status Movement" not working
    Reproduction Rate: persists AND resets with relog
    Blocker?
    Details: i'm unable to untick the box under Interface in Settings, "Lock Status Movement," change the location of the my status bars, including pet and target bars, and then retick the "Lock Status Movement" box and have the new position take; no matter what, "Quit" and "Exit to Menu" both *reset* the changed location of the hotbars to default...
    Steps to Reproduce: persists AND resets with relog
