    Title: Moved House to Magic Mover and Practice Dummy still there

    Details: I moved my house to the magic mover and a practice dummy I placed was still there.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    I first moved my Dungeon into Magic Mover.
    I then followed this by moving my house into the Magic Mover.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32704
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU RAM: 10077

    Follow up

    After reporting the bug, I then followed through after posting to unclaim the lot to proceed with a deed upgrade. The Dummy is still there. This was definitely placed by myself.

    verified. the dummy is not in the deco pallete when i step onto that lot and i can't get a right click menu on the click target on the outside edge of the shield. it's not in the pallete for the town, either: the one dummy in that one is at a completely different /loc.

    i claimed the lot, the dummy is still visible but still not clickable or in the pallete. unclaimed, still there.

    i was NOT able to replicate this elsewhere, though, either in a pot or a prt. @DavidDC
