    Title: Lot Deeds window scroll bar cannot be moved

    Details: When you open the Lot Deeds window (U key), the grey slider to the right of the window cannot be moved or interacted with a mouse:

    Steps to Reproduce: Have several lots claimed. Open the Lot Deeds window. Observe the grey slider to the right of the window cannot be selected with a mouse and the sider cannot move up or down.

    verified. two possible workaround in the mean time: the window can be scrolled using the scrollwheel and the window can be expanded by dragging the lower right corner.
