[Submitted 71264] Emote Bar show emotes selectable while fishing

    Title: Emote Bar show emotes selectable while fishing

    Details: When you use a bait, the emotes in the emote bar have a cool down applied to them that makes them un-selectable, this seems to be the exact duration for the bait heat cooldown timer. However, after this cooldown has expired the emotes in the emote bar now show as selectable. Even though we are still in the process of fishing:

    I would assume they should be showing as un-selectable, like the icons in the Hotbar in the image above.
    Steps to Reproduce: Have emote hotbar showing and place a few emotes in the bar. Select a bait and fish. Observe for a short time the emotes show as not-selectable. After the heat time for the bat is over, the emotes on the emote bar now show selectable, even though we are still in the process of fishing.
