[Submitted 71270] fish measures doesnt show 3 decimal places in german client

    1.reproducible?:yes
    2.blocker? yes, for participate full on fishing contests
    3.detail:if i use German client version all fishes doesnt show 3 decimal spaces,when changing to english one i can see them
    4.steps to reproduce: open german client look at trophy fish measures(length)

    you're okay for any fishing contest where you actually turn the fish in. it's only linking in chat that shows it with too few digits to others.
