[Submitted] Turning in arcane catalysts breaks game - so do other quest turn ins

After I turn in arcane catalysts to the scout in a forest siege the disconnect symbol shows up and does not go away, but does not kick me from the game. I can kill cultists but can not loot them. When I try to leave the scene the screen goes black and says Novia in the middle, but never actually starts to load novia. Then I quit and re-log and I can do it all again- including getting the siege quest rewards.

I will try to turn in other quests and such to see if this problem is limited to sieges.

EDIT: Same issue when turning in letters in Necropolis Barrens. And with turning in undelivered letter to town crier. So probably will happen for other quest turn ins.

A little additional information:
This also happens when I take the test from the oracle, so I suspect anything giving quest xp will trigger it. Once the network issue icon appears I can not loot, skin, harvest, craft, access my bank, send mail or leave scene. Attempting to craft or leave scene puts me in a situation where I need to quit the game (using option menu usually works still).

Working for me as well. I just turned in a Bounty Slip. XP was rewarded, no odd server message or other glitches.
