subscriber rewards don't show as 'new' in rewards UI

    Title: subscriber rewards don't show as 'new' in rewards UI

    Details: Subscriber rewards don't show as 'new' in rewards UI - typically new items in the rewards will highlight in green and show a badge on the top right corner "reward" icon
    Steps to Reproduce: Login with an account after receiving the subscriber rewards- you get the popup at login- but the rewards UI doesn't indicate new items.
