Subscriber Rewards R105 missing

Details: Since the latest reset to the database of august 24th it appears that the septenber login reward is delivered now and also the COTOs and subscriber obsidian potions rewards for september. But not the subscriber reward bundle (R105) for september.
I also got the R106 reward bundle, COTO's and obdidian potion rewards for oktober, which were scheduled for today, but no oktober login reward.

Did you possibly claim that reward bundle and open it by chance? I am also seeing it missing in the rewards window, but can’t remember if I possibly claimed it…..

 

No, i never open the reward bundles on this account and if i understand the database reset back to august 24th right, then i couldnt had it opened anyways because i never logged in during september.
