Sudden CTD after entering Solace Bridge

I got a new folder called "2016-02-16_223646" with "crash.dmp", "error" and "output_log" in it.

What should I do with these, specifically?

 

They get sent to us automatically when they are produced. If possible, we could benefit from knowing details about the system you use to play our game. While in game, if you could use the chat command for /bug, it will copy useful information for you to paste here to help us investigate and isolate the issue better. By any chance are you playing on Linux?

I'll use /bug more often (but for obvious reasons it wasn't available at the time of my crash).

Has this issue occurred again? Consistently? Or did it only happen the one time? Thanks. We're till investigating this.

 

Only happened once so far, but it was eerie enough that I felt compelled to report it.

I'm getting slightly better at these bug reports- let me know if there's anything else I should add.
