When the friends list is sorted by location, could you please move the "blocked location" people to sort between all the other online people and the offline people? Then the sort order would be:
    - people in your scene
    - people in other (known) scenes, sorted by location first, then name
    - people in an unknown scene because they blocked it
    - offline people

I can't think of any good reason to sort people with a blocked location to the top of the list. Get enough of them and you will have to scroll down just to see people with an actual known location, which is kind of why you would want to sort by location.
