suggestion - overworld pre-scroll map

A idea I had to make the overworld map "more responsive" to the keyboard is to add a type of pre-scroll movement to the via the WASD keys.

Currently WASD, the regular movement keys are mapped to the movement in the overworld. This makes transitioning to the overworld map controls more fluid as a player, if he chooses, can utilize that configuration.

If there was a pre scroll to the Interface, that would help make the game seem more responsive to the regular keys, without the side-effect of simply speeding up the Avatar's movement.
