I noticed that not only tamed pets but since some time all summons get the Summon Tamed Debuff Timer, including deco pets (e.g. the silver clockwork raven). This is a half-done thing however. When deco pets like the mini-elementals or the clockwork ravens suffer the Summon Tamed Debuff Timer like the combat pets under the premise that all summons should be treated equal, then the deco pets should not only suffer the penalties but benefit from the advantages of being treated as any other summons/pet: Have mini-elementals gain the bonuses from the Focus Tree (e.g. Train Summoned Pet Health/Damage/Resistance) and deco pets gain the bonuses from the taming tree (e.g. from Summoning, Combat Training, Pet Speed/Strength/Attack Precision Training). They would still not last long if accidentally caught in any real fight, but they would not drop like flies on the first hit like now.
Why ? And..... Do you think that this would be a worthwhile use of our very precious, limited Dev time ? Respectfully, Robert Frost
If they can apply the Tamed Debuff Timer to all summons, including deco pets, then they can apply all rules to decopets. This adds nothing new to the game as the skills are already there and applied to combat pets.
