    Details: In player Dungeon and unable to summon Chaos Daemon or Water Elemental.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go into Tazar's Dungeon with one room that has Lich's and cast summon spell in hallways, Rooms et al. You get visual of summoning and then nothing
