Summoning (taming) cooldown - heat timer on glyph please?

Can we please get a heat timer when the Summoning glyph on the utility bar?
I was trying to summon something and couldn't figure out why the glyph was dimmed for a few minutes until I realized I saw an icon in the status effect bar.

This. A long time ago when I first tried playing around with pets (I think it was even before persistence), I did not understand this. That tiny little status icon isn't distinctive enough to understand why the summon fails. It's basically the only skill with a cooldown longer than a minute, and the 15 minute default is long enough that you will have already tried multiple times and given up before it expires. At the very least there should be an informative chat log message, bonus points if it tells you roughly how many minutes remain.
