1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited.     Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    If you are facing the bank, turn left and go down a bit to the first right. Make a right, and go up a tiny bit and make the next first right. then go forward a bit until your first left. This puts you directly behind the bank. Make that first left, and second house on your left is Sundries from Below.

    ROOMS/LEVELS FOR RENT!!!!

    FOUR STORY VIKING/FIVE STORY BASEMENT

    Wanting to rent LEVELS:
    The first 3 floors of the Row house are public/common/and my use.

    The top level of the four-story row house is available for rent. This is accessible by ladder so is the best room! I am taking offers.

    Five Levels of basement for rent, with each level being rented to a different individual. If someone wants to rent up to all five levels themselves, they could, but would be paying accordingly. I anticipate the basement to be the most desired given its the most private. I am accepting offers.

    LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!

    Central Britanny, at the docks.. you can exit out to the overland and are in a great location. You can take the boat to Kingsport or many other locations. This is a NEXUS of travel location and you can live there, shop there, and craft there!!

    THE CRAFTING MERCHANT.PAVILLION is right next to the bank, as is a public vendor!!!


    What do you get when you rent?
    For the top level of the row house - lets discuss your needs. really, other then what i need for some basics on the first 3 levels, the majority of the houses limits can be used for you. Make it easy and maybe call it Half of the house limits? if you have a need for more then that for one level, we can discuss!

    Basement: Each level gets 1/5th of the basement limits. This is a lot. For instance the basement has 200 container limit. Thats 40 containers per level!

    I will be working on making wall dividers to make a hallway from level to level in the basement so that each level is more "roomed" in and less open.

    Each renter will be made Kindred. Please make your storage containers private, and i am not liable for losses.

    rent to be paid in advance, but duration can be agreed on. willing to do as low as weekly initially until relationship of mutual trust and respect is established :)

    Rental is for gold or in game items, cotos, things like that. no real world currency.

    Common area missing something youd like to have? let me know and ill see what i can do!

    rental does not include vendor use currently, sorry. the limits are to small.
