    Title: Swimming doesn't extinguish fire

    Details:I'm in the biathalon so just running for it. Got lit on fire by bandits, and jumped into the lake to swim across. I'm swimming for a few seconds before the fire finally goes out.

    Steps to Reproduce:Get lit, jump in water.

    I had always imagined they would do a combat pass 2 like when they did the height thing. This time handling environment effects like fire attacks in water doing less or no dot damage and lightning attacks in water doing more.
