TAB targeting weirdness in The Hilt

We had a 5-man group fighting skeletons and the lich in The Hilt and tab targeting wasn't working very well. I kept pressing the tab key trying to target something and it would never acquire a target. Someone else in my party was having the same problem. I've never had a problem with targeting before but this was my first time playing in a group. Later on, when I got separated from my party and I was fighting something on my own the tab targeting seemed to work again. Also, we fought the fire elemental and troll outside The Hilt and I didn't see the issue there, but there were a lot more enemies during the lich fight.

 

I was having the same issue fighting the Troll outside the Ruined Keep as a member of a party. I kept losing the troll and couldn't re-target him with tab. I had to keep trying to click on him to get him to become my target.

Yep, I forgot to mention that. I had to use cursor targeting too during the fight with the lich/skeletons down in the crypt. It was the only way to acquire a target.

 

Having weird targeting issues in Eastreach Gap. At times it is almost impossible to target. Very random
