Taking focus dmg buged

    1. Title: Taking focus dmg buged
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: When i use shield of air and take damage the numbers pop in blue (as it should), those number however is visable for everybody in the zone, where ever they are, they could be on the other side and see the dmg numbers popping. Ive seen this in several zones, but its definetly 100% in Blood bay.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Use shield of air and take dmg, while you let someone else run to the other side of the zone, and he will see the dmg numbers pop.
    6. User Specs: Windows 10

    yea all focus damage can be seen zone wide by everyone, its a really annoying bug, need 2 people to test this and notice it
