Talked to Sheng the Hunter, no quest given

    Title: Talked to Sheng the Hunter, no quest given
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: In Ardoris, Sheng the Hunter had a sparkly hand and beckoned my over. I talked to him and said I would help him with his sister. I said to him 'we don't have time' to trigger a response that gave me two options. I chose the 'How can I help' option. He said some stuff to me and I got a journal entry. But there wasn't a quest that was part of the conversation. But the journal entry wants me to talk to his sister.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to ardoris.
    2. find Sheng the Hunter. He will have sparkly hands.
    3. Talk to him. During the conversation you can choose the keywords 'we don't have time'
    4. That should trigger a response that gives you two options.
    5. Choose the How can I help option, although the other option might also yield the same result.
    6. You should get a response and an entry in the journal. But you won't see a quest appear. You need to look at the entry to see what you should do next.

    What do you mean by you don’t see a quest appear? What should be appearing?

    I believe "sister" is the keyword that triggers the quest, but that's not a solution to the bug. The keyword should come up in the natural conversation, not merely be hinted at in a journal entry that assumes you already have the quest. (Ran into this myself a few days ago online, as well as previously offline.)

    Not all quests have an immediate keyword present. Sometimes you can try other keywords to see if they yield any new information.....

    Some of the oldest quests don't have all the bells and whistles that newer quests have. Originally, quests were designed to simply hint at what do to next--including no compass markers or even a current task listed. This seems to be one of those cases. It'll need an overhaul to bring it up to current standards. I added it to my "do do" list. Issue #64871
