Taming Turkey Call from AddOn Store question

    hello,

    sorry this may be a really stupido question to the turkey call. In some games, a "taming call" just summons an appropriate animal without a previous taming of an NPC animal involved.

    Do I understand this call right, that I stalk an unsuspecting turkey bird, hit it over the head with the thing and then it is tamed? So no summoning involved, but NPC turkey captured? Because if the latter, i plan for a turkey farm :D

    To me, this sounds like you summon a turkey that gets tame right away.

    Yeah, reading it again I think it might be as you said. But there is still hope!, as long as we don't know for sure :D

    When it originally was created last year the devs explained that normally you'd have to create a taming collar, find the turkey, and then put the collar on the turkey. Now you just use that call, and it's all automatically done for you. You get a tamed Turkey under your control.
