2, Within a zone with multiple targets, it is likely to happen regularly.
    3, No
4, While in zones such as Righ Innis, where there are multiple targets (wolves, etc), I will target one wolf, but when I fire a fire arrow (or other range spell), another wolf will be fired on. Also, sometimes, when I target a wolf with a fire arrow, targeting correctly shoots at my target, but when I follow up with another spell, such as searing ray, targeting fires at a completely different target, even though I didn't aim at that target and I am being agro'd by the original target.

I know targeting is already being scrutinized, but hopefully this will assist in fixing it.
