    Title: Soltown Sewers Heartstone quest item in zombie loot table.
    Reproduction Rate: single instance
    Blocker? no
    Details: Looted the Soltown Sewers Heartstone (http://sotawiki.net/sota/Release_54) off a zombe in one of the smaller rooms in Tartarus. I don't think that's supposed to be in the loot table...?
    Steps to Reproduce: kill zombies in a small square room in tartarus. get heartstone for another quest.
